![]() One exception is that Games of Glory doesn’t have a pool anymore, so sims can’t play Marco Polo. Pretty much every single object that sims can gain hobby enthusiasm from is somewhere on the corresponding hobby lot. I also incorporated more EPs/SPs & career objects pertaining to each hobby. If you’re going to Will’s Garage you expect it to look like a garage, not a rectangle with a hole in it lol. It was kinda necessary considering how drastically I resized some of the lots, but I also wanted to reimagine them in a more “modern” and interesting/fun way. Of course traffic jams are still a risk, but I did what I could to minimize them by adding multiple doors and wider space around certain objects, etc.Įvery single lot was rebuilt from the ground up. Let me know if you spot any issues though, it’s always possible I missed something! This leads to a few tight-ish spaces in some lots, but I playtested and asked others to playtest for issues like that, and after fixing some that cropped up there shouldn’t be any more. So now, instead of gigantic buildings with almost nothing in them spread out on huge lots your sims take forever to walk across, everything makes the most of the space it’s in. I hate how large EAxis lots are, especially because bigger lot + more sims (which of course there are on community lots) = LAAAAAG. They’re generated like normal townies, using your townie name pool and default/non-default face templates, etc.Īlternatively, if you don’t like random, you can use a pre-made Iconic Hobbyist pool like from PlumbTales or PlyPlay665. Your hood will randomly generate the 10 Iconic Hobbyists as they’re required (usually when a sim gains hobby enthusiasm and they barge into their house to congratulate them). The lots are also no longer invisible! It doesn’t change anything gameplay-wise, but it adds to the style of the stealth hood so it looks like a legit place instead of an empty wasteland where nothing exists. Now the urban/industrial-themed lots look like they’re actually part of a city, and the nature/outdoors-oriented lots have extra surrounding greenery. I added a TON of hood deco & rearranged the lots. I didn’t include too many pictures, cause firstly this is a lot, but also I think it’d be cool to sort of ~experience it firsthand~ like we did way back when with the original Freetime lots… Though hopefully with less disappointment this time lolĪ brand new style for the Hobbies stealth hood! Here it is! It’s a default replacement for the stealth hood that holds all the hobby lots from Freetime.ĬC-free, clean & empty of sim references, run through HoodChecker, LotCompressor, LotCleaner, and playtested!
